Anyone else in shock that we are in a new decade? It’s hard to wrap your mind around, isn’t it! My 2020 New Years resolution is to invest in myself! I want to continue to take care of myself, which leads to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Let’s face it though, sometimes gyms and starting a new routine can be very intimating! Not with Chuze Fitness though! Chuze is not one of those cold, stuffy gyms that you dread going to. Chuze is relatable and friendly! I go in and instantly feel welcomed and like I’m at home. The non-intimidating atmosphere makes me feel so much more comfortable and motivated to work out hard and try new machines and equipment. I don’t have to feel embarrassed to ask a trainer or staff member how something works; there is also a friendly face who is willing to help me and take the time to explain everything so that I feel comfortable and certain of what I’m doing. Plus, the amount of equipment is extremely impressive! These gyms are huge! No more waiting for a treadmill or your favorite machine to open up, chances are it’s ready for you!
Chuze Fitness is clean and offers so much! What other gym has everything from a cinema to tanning booths to a lap pool to a kid’s club and hydromassage?! Yes please! Oh, and did I mention the smoothie bar? You better believe that I will run that extra mile for a smoothie!
